The Inman Aligner
The Inman Aligner is a clear plastic retainer with two spring loaded aligning bars that fit easily over the front four teeth. Unlike a regular brace, the Inman Aligner provides a constant gentle pressure on the teeth, easing them back into place far more quickly.
It is discrete, easy to use and can be inserted and removed at any time, allowing eating and brushing to continue as normal. Once teeth have moved to the desired position, a very discreet retainer holds them in place.
The Inman Aligner is priced from £1,500 per arch. The fee includes retainers, and all appointments.

As with all treatments, there are risks. The main risk of orthodontic treatment is root resorption.
Longer treatment times and stronger forces increase the risk. This means you are less likely to experience root resorption with ClearSmile Brace.
ClearSmile Brace uses clear brackets, as opposed to metal brackets. The wire used in a ClearSmile Brace is also coated with a tooth coloured material. As a result, ClearSmile Brace is less visible than traditional fixed braces.
Yes. You must wear a retainer for life if you wish to maintain the results of any orthodontic treatment. ClearSmile Brace is no different.
ClearSmile Brace uses two alternatives:
A fixed retainer bonded to the back of your teeth
A clear retainer moulded to fit your teeth

You will need to wear your Inman Aligner for around 20 hours per day. This means you will wear it while you sleep, and throughout the day. You should only take your aligner out to eat, drink anything other than water and brush your teeth. You should clean your aligner twice a day and always remember to rinse it when you take it out to eat.
No, the Inman Aligner does not hurt. You may feel slight pressure on your teeth, but this can easily be managed with over the counter pain medication such as paracetamol. After you have worn your aligner for a while, you will notice it less and less.
