The B injection works by blocking signals from your nerves to your muscles. These muscles aren’t able to contract anymore. That’s important because wrinkles are caused by these same muscles contracting time after time over a number of years.

B injection is made from a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. The botulinum in the bacterium causes paralysis. The current medical advice is for patients not to exercise for at least six hours after treatment.
